Return & Refund Policy

At Sarwamveda, all products are carefully packed and dispatched under strict quality standards. Due to the personal nature of skincare, haircare, and wellness products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been delivered.

Refunds or replacements will only be considered in cases where:

  • The wrong product has been delivered

  • The product received is damaged during transit

To report an issue, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at sarwamveda@gmail.com with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear product images

  • Proper unboxing video proof

Requests without valid proof may not be accepted.

Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled.
